- Domestic shipments are made through USPS Priority Service, with delivery confirmation confirmation and signature required. International shipments are made through Express Mail and quoted each time. DHL international shipping is available upon request. Overnight service can be quoted upon request.

- Returns Policy
- If a customer wishes to return a purchase, Vintage Lux should be notified within 3 days of receiving the item. After receiving an RGA , customer should send back in original packing at his own expense. We give 2 options: 1) dollar refund minus 25% restocking fee. 2) a site credit for the full amount paid.
- Payment Policy
- Paypal, Money Orders, Personal Checks are forms of payments accepted only for U.S. transactions. International purchases can be paid only through Bank Wire Transfers. Payment is expected within 3 days from purchase. Layaways:1/3 down when order is confirmed, 1/3 at 30 days, 1/3 at 60 days. Credit card payments are processed through our secure server. If you have any question regarding its use, please contact Giuditta at 310-770-1420 PWT. The credit cards are not processed in real time. The order must be first confirmed by our office and then the credit card is charged. You will shortly receive an email stating the amount charged for the full transaction.
